After following my own passions/obsessions regarding cycling, I decided to take that enthusiasm and share it with others. Through my own research and personal experience, I may be able to create the workout regimen to help you achieve your own goals. Whether you are the athlete just starting out in or returning to a sport or a seasoned athlete, you may want help designing a schedule of workouts. Personally, I have been actively biking and cycling since ~1992; I have since completed six RAGBRAI's and various one-day events, including Colorado's Triple Bypass--my favorite ride. As I continue the pursuits of my own, I have a desire to help others reach their goals of setting a challenge before them and accomplishing it. I feel that I have a different approach than others because this is something that I'll do for a nominal fee but it is something I do on the side. By trade, I am a teacher, and what I have discovered in my students is that success starts with the correct state of mind. Therefore, rather than being the task-mastering, all pain or no gain type of coach I hope to tap into an approach that will interconnect body, mind, and spirit. Your success is my success, and I hate to fail.

Who I'd like to meet: Endurance athletes of all types who wish to improve their performance...especially those looking for a challenge to build toward. Since I am just starting out, I may be reluctant to accept a client interested in hard-core racing, but conversations can at least be had. Rather, I am looking for those endurance athletes who want to conquer a challenge--cyclists, runners, triathletes, etc.
